Hi broz

Today i'm going to talk about my favorite piece of technology: my first smartphone! a Motorola Moto G. It's a cellphone that we can use for several things, thanks to the applications in the stores of the main companies (Android and Apple). The applications be used for play games, for locate places, for free messages, etc.

I bought it two years ago, when I wasn't at university. Even, I bought it for the university, I thought that it could be useful for my studies (now I think the contrary). Today, I use for many activities! I usually use my smartphone for ask for football matches, for play games, for ask words in the dictionary, for communicate me with my friends and family!

And now the problem, I became addicted to my cellphone and I use it all the time. I love use my Moto G, it did my life easier and funny. If i would lost my phone or if somebody steals it, i would be sad because two things: I worked hard for bought it, and it is already part of my life (i have many contacts save in the memory!). I would feel really bad and i couldn't stay quiet when I get bored.

It's all, i hope that you enjoyed reading! C ya (:

Blog session 2: Expectations for a new semester!

Hello broz

My expectations for this semester are several, but I'm going to write about my academic expectations.

First, in my program I hope to learn more about social theory, because it's my favorite subject and the teacher it's a crack! But everything isn't theory, also there're boring subjects and also I would like learn something about them. By other side, I would like speak and write better English and I hope to meet new foreign people.

Another thing, this semester I'm training football (I take it like subject), three days at week and I expect to get a place in the football team (this is my goal), for that, I hope to be better with the ball, I hope to improve my football skills and my physical condition. Especially I would to train with my friends, they're great players and always they're helping me.

Finally, this semester I'm a member of the CECSO. It needs several time and responsibility, so I hope help a lot and be a support; I would like to do many activities for all the community, and at least this semester I'll give all for that.

It's all about my academic (and extracurricular) expectations, thanks for reading.

C ya broz!

Blog session 1: My Autobiography

Hello!

I'm Roberto Castillo Ávila, i'm nineteen years old and i'm living in Santiago de Chile. I was born on 28th of November (1995) in Asunción, Paraguay, but I travel to Chile when i was six years old! My father's name is Luis and he's paraguayan and my mother's name is Magally and different of my father she's chilean, so that was the reason whereby I came here. I have also a little sister that has ten years old, her name is Raquel and was born here in Chile and a pet called Ruth, it's a lovely dog. I studied in the primary school "Cadete Arturo Prat", but I changed my school when I enter to secondary, so it was how i arrived at the "Instituto Nacional" where I finished my secondary studies. Now, i'm studying Sociology at Universidad de Chile and I hope finish my career.

I like to practice sport, especially ride a bike or play football. In the past, when i was in elementary, I trained tennis, but product of the strikes of the "Revolución Pingüina" at 2011 (the name of this movement) I stop the training. Last year I was performing BMX, or "Bycicle Motocross" and i loved it, but with the university I also stoped. And now I play regulary football with my friends. But not all is sport in my life, I also like listening music, my favorite gender is the rap (hip-hop culture), but in general I accept a great variety of music.

C ya broz :)
